Total optimization means adapting to variables you don’t know are coming - which is why we love unconventional tools. We set the intention that safety plus success equals motivation, so we emphasize posture, breath and form over reps and weight.
Squat, hinge, push, pull, rotate and control rotation with barbells, dumbbells, battle ropes, steel clubs, maces, kettlebells, sand bags, dead balls, suspension and our own bodyweight to develop strong, intelligent, muscular, pain-free bodies.
Each class starts with multi-planer joint mobility to map the body, a full-body workout, and ends with a yoga cool down to unload physical stress so you can come back for more.
